Our Team Members

David Hughes:

David is the Dealer Principle, he is a founding member of Bicester Caravan and Leisure over 7 years ago selling second hand caravans.  After a short period of time we were able to bring on board Crystal Caravans followed by Adria.  After a successful period, the company decided to go to all British manufacturers starting with Coachman, soon followed by Elddis and then Lunar.

David can be often seen talking with customers looking for the perfect deal.

Paul Good:

Paul is the Strategic Manager looking after project, process and IT along with the responsibility of over seeing Customer Service.  Paul has recently joined the L C Hughes Partnership after working within the Customer Service and IT industry over a period of 20 years.

Chris Robinson:

Chris is the Centre Manager, ensuring of the smooth running of the caravan part of the business, joining the company 6 months after the business was started (an old timer).  Previous to this Chris has had retail management and customer services back ground for over 20 years.

Jan Cave:

Jan has been with Bicester Caravan and Leisure for the last 6 years and is the Sales and Account Administrator.  You will often hear her cheery voice on the phone when arranging delivery of your caravan.  Jan is the 'old pro' as she has been in the industry for a VERY long time!!

Sales and Preparation Team:

Simon, Karen, Richard and Billy are available to assist you in all that you may need.

Accessories Shop Team:

Val, James and Brian have a full range of accessories and awnings that they can advise you on.

Workshop:

Aaron Wells:

Aaron is the workshop supervisor and his team are ready to tackle those repairs and servicing needs. Aaron has been with the company for 5 years starting as an engineer and has been very keen to learn about the industry, he has recently been given the responsibility of workshop supervisor.

Declan Laycock:

Declan has been with the company since leaving school and his knowledge of the industry even took the Centre Manager by surprise!!  He has recently moved from the Sales Departmant to take a new role of Customer Services Administrator in our very busy workshop.
